Frequently asked questions
How many agents can I have?
As many as you like. The plan depends only on your account’s total volume of AI actions.
What counts as an “AI action”?
A task an agent hands to the AI engine: sorting an email, summarizing a document, drafting a reply. What your rules handle on their own, and duplicates, do not count.
What happens if I go over my plan?
No overage is billed and nothing gets cut off: your agents keep working. If you go over the limit, the next plan up becomes required at the next billing cycle. The only possible exception: an AI engine surcharge when emails carry large files, with an alert before the quota is reached.
Is Quebec hosting really included?
Yes. Servers in Quebec, updates, daily backups and monitoring are part of every plan.
Is my data sent to OpenAI or others?
Not by default. Local AI runs in Quebec. A cloud engine is only used if you enable it, and you then know exactly which provider receives what.
